We offer a 14-day return policy for most items, excluding custom commissions and specially ordered pieces. All returns must be in original condition with documentation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for acquisitions over €5,000. Terms are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our finance department for details.
How do I care for my sculpture or gemstone?
